ED RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. You will work 12-hour day shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, three days per week, with no on-call responsibilities or floating to other units.

In this role, you will care for patients in a 10-room, 19 bed/chair emergency department. Your patient ratio will be 4:1, allowing you to provide focused care to trauma, stroke, and chest pain patients. You will not work 48-hour shifts, and your schedule is predictable and contained to your assigned ED.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC (AHA or ARC) certification
• Travel experience preferred
