CVOR Technologist Job in Portland, ME

Join a Level One Trauma Center operating room as a CVOR Technologist. You'll work in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and other specialty procedures.

Schedule & Hours

• 4x10 day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 1:4 weekend requirement on 12-hour shifts
• One overnight trauma call per week (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM); specialty team call scheduled per protocol

Your Role

• Scrub and circulate in complicated total joint revisions, robotics, and ortho poly traumas
• Independently navigate multiple surgical vendors and equipment systems
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio
• Support General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular cases

Required Qualifications

• CST certification
• Minimum 2 years surgical technology experience
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Proficiency with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive robotic equipment

Preferred Experience

• General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or Endovascular surgery
