This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized therapy services in a post-acute rehabilitation setting while supporting patient recovery and functional independence.

Assignment Details

• Location: Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute, Vacaville, CA
• Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
• Start Date: June 20, 2026
• Schedule: Rotating shifts
• Hours: 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Weekly Pay: $2,482

Role Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a rehabilitation environment
• Work directly with patients to support recovery and improve daily functioning
• Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy and rehabilitation team members
• Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility protocols
• Deliver quality patient care focused on functional independence and quality of life
