PCU RN Job in Ann Arbor, MI

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking an RN for their Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026, offering competitive compensation of $2,313 per week.

Position Details:

• 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Must work Thanksgiving and one additional winter holiday
• High acuity, fast-paced surgical step-down environment
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, sometimes 3:1

Clinical Responsibilities:

You will manage complex post-operative and critically ill patients transitioning from intensive care. Your responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC lines, and other central lines. You will care for patients with ostomies, trachs, NG tubes, wound vacs, and various other drains. You will administer and monitor critical IV infusions including Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, Amiodarone, and Cardizem.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• ICU background is beneficial for this role
• Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
• Competency in managing advanced devices and medications
