Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours must be indicated on submission form
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Will float on a rotational basis
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Tele experience required (inpatient only)
• Experience and competence in drug titration required
• Patient ratios vary: days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)
• 31-bed unit serving cardiac and med/surg patients
• Equipment used: Alaris pumps, telemetry, and lift equipment
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Preferred certifications: ACLS from AHA only
• Current RN license required, eligible for or currently licensed in Missouri
• Scrub color: Black
• Unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open-toed shoes, or not wearing scrubs
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week
• RTO must be made up on the back end and will not be approved in the first week of assignment
• Only 1 holiday RTO request permitted per assignment
