Respiratory Therapist Job in Weatherford, TX

You will work as a Respiratory Therapist at Medical City Weatherford, supporting adult patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This backfill position offers the chance to build your skills while making a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care primarily for adult patients
• Manage ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and airway management as needed
• Monitor patient response to therapy and document findings
• Collaborate with nursing and physician teams on patient care plans
• Respond to Emergency Department patients as required

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Duration: 98 days
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• One to two positions available

While you may encounter pediatric patients coming through the Emergency Department, pediatric admissions are not retained at this facility, so your focus remains on adult care. This assignment gives you predictable night-shift hours and the stability of a defined contract length.
