About the Role

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in multiple care settings
• Administer comprehensive tests and treatments to evaluate patient conditions and functional limitations
• Develop realistic functional goals in partnership with patients and their families
• Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and procedures with demonstrated knowledge of clinical indications and contraindications
• Collaborate with patients and families to establish achievable, measurable treatment objectives
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical decision-making
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy techniques and best practices
