Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• 4x10 shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday
• Day shift hours
• Complete up to 12 patient visits per day
• Work with 2 providers in the clinic to complete patient intakes
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as needed (preferred skills)
• Manage provider schedules and assist with scheduling patients
• Triage patient phone calls
• Propose medication refills and orders
• Schedule surgeries and manage external referrals
• Work with adult patient population with diagnoses including CHF, A-Fib, CAD, valvular disease, and pacemakers
• Perform Dobutamine stress testing procedures
• Utilize Pyxis medication system and Cerner documentation system
• Handle ambulatory intake, Cerner messages, and free type notes for communication and risk
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Alaska nursing license required prior to start (compact accepted at time of submittal)
