Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

You'll join St. Francis Medical Center – Park as a Registered Nurse on Telemetry for a 13-week contract assignment. This day shift runs from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, offering you a 12-hour schedule with weekly pay of $1,840.32.

You'll work across multiple unit options, each with distinct patient populations and acuity levels:

• 5B Floor Neuro Tele: Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:7 or 1:8
• 5T Cardiac Stepdown: Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• 6T Post Op: Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7

Your core responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. You'll supervise delegated staff as appropriate, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care throughout your shift. You'll also monitor clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively to support optimal patient outcomes.
