Telemetry RN Job in Germantown, TN

Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position on a Med-Surg unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026, offering $2,072 weekly pay on a 3x12 nights schedule.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg, Telemetry, post-surgery, overflow, or observation unit experience; 3+ years preferred
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Telemetry and IV start skills required
• EPIC experience preferred
• ADN accepted; BSN not required

Assignment Details:

• Patient ratio: 1:5–6 across all shifts and weekends
• Patient population: adults and geriatrics with diagnoses including medical oncology, GYN surgery, and general medical-surgical conditions
• Unit is transitioning to a team nursing model
• Weekend shifts required as needed; weekend block schedule may be considered
• On-call as needed
• Must be willing to work 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if all three fall within assignment; at least 1 of 2 holidays if only 2 fall within assignment
• Potential for floating between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius

Support Services:

• Interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and phlebotomy

Eligibility:

• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
