RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 3x12 night shift schedule
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend, may vary based on need
• Care for patients with diagnoses including spinal cord injury, amputee, traumatic brain injury, and stroke
• Patients must be able to complete 3 hours of therapy per day to qualify for the program
• Unit is divided across 2 floors with 29 beds on the 2nd floor and 19 beds on the 3rd floor
• Daily census of 41 patients with 48 total beds
• Patient age groups include adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse
• Utilize ARJO lift equipment including Maxi Move, Sara Plus, and Steady
• Medication system: Omnicell
• Documentation system: EPIC - minimum 1 year of EPIC experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab specialty required
• First-time travelers will be reviewed based on experience
• Required certifications: BLS and RN South Carolina license
• Float to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs
