RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Day shift position with hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with strength in Orthopedics, Neurology, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, and GYN
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• CNOR certification preferred
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Expected to float between campuses as needed
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for patient care in the operating room
• Work collaboratively with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other personnel to provide patient care according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervision of personnel delivering patient care
• AHCA Fingerprinting required prior to start date
