Respiratory Therapist Job in Altamonte, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Altamonte, FL. This is a 12-hour night shift position running 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working three days per week on an every-other-weekend schedule. The assignment is 89 days, with a start date of August 31, 2026.

Compensation: You will earn $1,787.04 per week.

Role Requirements:

• Current Florida Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand before start date)
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Demonstrated floor care and ICU experience
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required
• National certification required for non-licensed professionals

Schedule Details: You will work every-other-weekend rotation with no on-call responsibilities. Overtime is available but must be pre-approved in advance. Two weeks' notice is required before the end of your assignment.

This position welcomes both Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) and Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT). You will provide direct patient care in floor and ICU settings, managing airways, monitoring ventilator therapy, and supporting patient respiratory function throughout your shift.
