Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Floating to other units may be required based on census needs
• Staff will only float to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have been demonstrated and documented
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Medication system: Pyxis
• Skills required: Telemetry, EKG
• Patients include adults and geriatric age groups
• Unit daily census of 30 with 36 beds and 36 rooms
• Patient diagnoses include Med/Surg - Tele Unit
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• South Carolina nursing license required
