PCU RN Job in Albany, NY

Albany Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on a travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week for 91 days, beginning September 21, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care in our Neuro-Progressive Care setting, supporting patients who require monitoring and intervention at a step-down level of care. Your nursing judgment, clinical skills, and ability to recognize patient changes will be central to this role.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Neuro-Progressive Care or step-down ICU experience required
• All candidates must complete a 5-bed Med-Surg rotation
• Epic EMR experience required
• Completion of Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Weekly pay: $2,496.60
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Shift: Days (3x12)
