MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Friday through Sunday schedule with no call required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification accepted; ARRT R also accepted
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Philips equipment experience is a plus
• Perform MRI imaging on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Proficiency in a wide range of MRI procedures including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremity imaging
• Experience with MRA, MRV, MRCP, perfusion imaging, and diffusion imaging preferred
• Ability to prepare and administer contrast media required
• Skilled in starting peripheral IVs
• Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE required
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Locals within 50-mile radius not accepted
