Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on a 15-bed Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 5-6:1
• Day shift staffing consists of 3 RNs and 1 PCT; night shift staffing consists of 3 RNs and 1 PCT
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
• Float to any Med Surg/Telemetry unit as needed
• Telemetry experience is required; candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Phlebotomy and ACLS certification are preferred
• Required certification: BLS
• Utilize equipment including bladder scanner and EKG machines
• Work with EMR system Meditech Expanse
• Perform patient-specific procedures as required by the unit
• Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
• Ideal candidate demonstrates self-initiative, teamwork, and excellent patient experience skills
