Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Structural heart experience preferred
• On-call required
• Community hospital experience required
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• McKesson charting system experience preferred
• Patients include adults and geriatrics
• Must be willing to float within scope of practice
• Two supervisor references required
• Maryland or Compact license must be active and in hand at submission
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, Fluoro Permit, ARRT Advanced Certification
• Required skills include: accurate monitoring, cardiac stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring, left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), EKG lead placement, right heart catheterization, room circulator, scrub and maintain sterile field, thrombolysis/thrombectomy
• Preferred skills include: angioplasty, carotid stenting, dialysis graft creation/revision, dialysis graft interventions, ECMO, endovascular interventions, impella insertion, inferior vena cava (IVC) filter placement, renal artery stent placement, stent placement, TIPS, TAVR, upper and lower extremity angiography, ureteral stent placement, Watchman, coil embolization, ablations, peripherals, venous access
• Advanced Cath Lab procedures include: diagnostic cardiac cath, PCI, atherectomy, PFO closures, TAVR, mitral clip, STEMI, chest pain center accreditation, peripheral PCI, and ECMO
