Compensation and Schedule:

• Weekly Pay: $2,161
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime: Must be approved by director prior to working additional hours

Clinical Expectations:

• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Will see 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
