Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Tucson, AZ

You will work as an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at BUMC Tucson, located at 1625 N Campbell Ave. This is a 12-week travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 × 12-hour day shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $2,446.20
• Call required: 5–8 shifts per rotation, including late call, overnight, and weekend coverage
• You will float between South Campus and Tucson Campus locations

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients in the cardiac catheterization setting
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities, and delegate tasks to the healthcare team
• Use proper body mechanics and assist patients; may lift up to 75 pounds
• Observe standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience
• Acute care experience within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area
• Ability to maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the cardiac cath lab

Preferred Qualifications

• Cath Lab with EP (electrophysiology) experience
• Cerner EMR experience
• Phillips imaging and Phillips Xper-hemodynamics equipment experience
• Previous travel healthcare experience
