Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Work at least every other weekend
• Located on the 4 North unit with 32 beds
• Day shift patient ratio of 1:5 and night shift patient ratio of 1:6
• Work with equipment including Welch Allyn vital signs machines, i-mobile iPhones for communications, and radio with headsets
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform all surgical procedures and assist with kidney transplants
• Work with transplant, dialysis, and diabetic patients
• Medical/Surgical experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Scrub color requirement: Navy
• Team player who takes initiative preferred
