Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work in a Case Management department with unit-based RN Case Managers and Social Workers
• Patient ratio of 1 RN Case Manager to 20-25 patients
• Day and night shifts available
• Schedule includes every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Hospital Case Management experience required
• InterQual and Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills required
• RN scrub color is Navy Blue
• Park on the third or fourth floor of the parking garage for AM and PM shifts
