ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shift schedule required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract
• Float position covering all ThedaCare facilities - must be comfortable taking both ER and ICU patient loads
• No on-call or call back requirements
• 8-bed unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience required
• Minimum 2+ years ER experience required
• At least one completed travel contract required - no new travelers
• Epic charting experience required within the last year
• BSN not required but strongly preferred; Associate Degree or Certificate accepted
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• Strong communication skills required
• Candidates must not be traveling from a facility or home location within a 50-mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
