Med Surg RN Job in Goodyear, AZ

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg to deliver direct clinical care on the night shift. You will work 3x12 hour shifts, providing assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care to assigned patients each shift.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Implement direct clinical care based on patient needs and physician orders
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing staff
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all patient interactions
• Support clinical staff competency and resource management related to patient care
• Collaborate with unit-level nursing leadership to achieve positive patient outcomes

You will work the night shift from 1900 to 0730 in a hospital setting. This assignment runs for 91 days, beginning August 10, 2026.

Requirements for this position include a current RN license and a commitment to maintaining professional nursing standards. You will be required to wear navy blue scrubs per facility dress code.

Compensation is $2,203.20 per week. ADEX Healthcare Staffing handles all contract logistics, including housing assistance and continuing education support where applicable.
