Med Surg RN Job in Granbury, TX

Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg on the night shift. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work a 3x12 night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 36-bed Med Surg unit. Your patient ratio will be 6:1. There is no floating to other units, no on-call responsibilities, and no 48-hour shifts.

Compensation & Schedule

Weekly pay is $1,971. You are required to work all holidays. Time off requests must be submitted in the submission packet with a maximum of 3 days allowed.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Travel experience preferred
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility
