ED Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 89-day assignment beginning November 16, 2026. Weekly pay is $1,882.

Position Overview

You will work in a large, high-volume emergency department treating adult and pediatric patients across a wide range of acuity levels. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced trauma center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 1 trauma facility
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to emergent situations and code activations

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience in a large facility setting
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Ability to obtain a badge-appropriate photo for profile submission

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 1 trauma center experience
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
