Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour night shift schedule with every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Work on a 53-bed Med/Surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:7-8
• May float to other like units and facilities including Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago as needed based on census
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of Med/Surg experience required
• At least 1 completed traveler contract required
• Must have short-term acute care hospital experience
• Experience with insulin and cardiac drips required
• Must be able to read telemetry
• EPIC charting experience required within the last 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, WI or Compact nursing license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong documentation skills required
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manages change well, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Any scrub colors permitted
