Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• Work 4x8-hour mid shifts per week
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• May float to other Memorial Hospital locations and like units as needed based on census
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Work on a 53-bed Med Surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:7-8
• Experience with insulin and cardiac drips required
• Must be able to read telemetry
• Must have short term acute care hospital experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of Med Surg experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience required within the last 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, WI or Compact nursing license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub color: Any
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, socially engaged, have strong documentation skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
