Telemetry RN Job in Chandler, AZ

Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for their 32-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,229.12.

Schedule and Requirements

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• Work 2 of 3 major holidays required
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience within the past 6 months

Clinical Details

• Patient ratios of 1:3–4
• Common patient types: post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG, and general telemetry patients
• Must interpret EKGs using centralized telemetry system
• Medication management: Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine (titrate down only)
• No ventilator management required
• No pediatric patients; minimum patient age is 15 years old
• First to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed

Orientation and Onboarding

• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required within 24–48 hours prior to acceptance
• Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation with emphasis on sterile field
• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Navy

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
