Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position on the night shift. This is a float pool role working across four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12 night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48-hour guarantee may be considered
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in planning safe care delivery
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Arizona nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Willingness to float between departments and facilities

Compensation & Details

Weekly pay: $2,227

Assignment duration: 91 days, starting October 26, 2026
