Cath Lab Technologist Job in Lexington, KY

Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join our cardiovascular team. This is a 124-week travel position starting October 5, 2026, offering $3,146 weekly.

Schedule & Compensation

• First shift, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week plus call requirements
• $3,146 per week

Core Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular, endovascular, and neurovascular imaging and interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including pacemaker and ICD implantation
• Perform arterial and venous sheath removals and apply closure devices
• Execute interventional procedures including thrombectomy, stenting, angioplasty, IVUS, OCT, FFR, and structural heart interventions
• Demonstrate competency with IABP/Impella equipment and hemodynamic monitoring
• Manage procedure complications including air emboli, stroke, anaphylaxis, and cardiac tamponade
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures
• Apply radiation safety principles and ALARA guidelines for all exams
• Perform equipment quality control checks and record findings
