Physical Therapist Job in Lake Havasu City, AZ

Arizona Milemarkers Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This 6-month travel assignment offers the opportunity to work with pediatric and special needs patients in a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (flexible, aligned with PTA schedule)
• 32-hour guarantee with potential to work up to 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct treatment to pediatric and special needs patients in 30 to 60 minute sessions
• Supervise on-site Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning (approximately 90 minutes per day)
• Coordinate with scheduling team who manages all patient scheduling needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience required
• Ability to supervise PTA staff

• EMR/documentation system: Raintree (transitioning to Practice Pro in 2026)
• Productivity expectations balance documentation and treatment planning with direct patient care evaluations

• Duration: 89 days (6-month assignment)

• Weekly pay: $1,722
