Telemetry RN Job in San Antonio, TX

Your Role

You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing care that meets established standards. You'll maintain clinical competency across your team and manage resources effectively to support optimal patient outcomes.

Assignment Details

This position runs for 91 days, beginning October 26, 2026. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week, with your typical schedule running 0700–1930. Weekly pay is $1,838.
