ED RN Job in Chico, CA

Enloe Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department in Chico, California. You will work in a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Accredited STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center, supporting a department that serves approximately 68,000 patient visits annually.

Role Overview

Your assignment includes a 3x12 rotating shift schedule with a weekly pay of $2,330 for a 91-day contract starting October 15, 2026. The emergency department operates five pods with 49 beds, and you will manage a maximum patient ratio of 4:1.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of previous emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher
• Documented experience with pediatrics, trauma, STEMI, and stroke cases
• EPIC charting system proficiency
• Current California nursing license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Current ENPC certification preferred

You will deliver care across a diverse patient population in a high-volume trauma and acute care setting. This role is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated competency in managing complex emergency cases.
