• New graduates welcome to apply
• Caseload consists of mostly inpatient and outpatient services
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Missouri or a Compact State required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
• Current resume with complete work history from last 7 years required
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
• Two professional references from past three years required
• Professional license verification within 30 days of submission required
• Background check completed within 30 days of start date required
• Drug screen and physical exam required
• Various immunization requirements including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, and TB testing
• Competency exam and Joint Commission modules I, II, III required annually
• Valid driver's license or government ID required
