Emergency Room RN Job in Grand Haven, MI

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking an RN for their Emergency Room. You'll work night shifts as part of a 3x12 schedule, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Schedule: Every other weekend; every other holiday
• Location: Grand Haven, MI
• Duration: 90 days
• Start Date: November 9, 2026

In this role, you'll assess and stabilize patients presenting with acute conditions, collaborate with physicians and care teams, document clinical findings, and respond to emergency situations with skill and compassion. You'll manage a variety of acuity levels and work in a structured team environment typical of hospital emergency departments.

Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as ordered, performing point-of-care testing, assisting with procedures, and communicating with patients and families during high-stress moments. You'll maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols while supporting the facility's mission to deliver quality emergency care.

Compensation: $2,290.86 per week
