Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call required 1-2 nights per week and every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures while working under the direction of an Interventional Radiologist
• Assist the Interventional Radiologist in all procedures with accuracy and professionalism
• Perform procedures including but not limited to: Uterine Fibroid Embolizations (UFE), Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE), Y-90, Abdominal Embolization, Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt (TIPS), Venography, Portacath Placement, Epidural Injections, Lumbar Puncture, Myelograms, joint injections, abscess drains, tube changes, Kyphoplasty, Cryoablations, and Bone Marrow Biopsies
• Responsible for charge entry and charge reconciliation
• Handle confidential patient information with professionalism
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Facility operates 3 procedure rooms
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, SCRQS
• Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required
• Must adhere to strict attendance policy - contracts may be reviewed for cancellation if more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation
• All requested time off must be included on the initial submission; time off requests made after the fact will not be considered
