OR Registered Nurse Job in Fort Myers, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-week travel assignment in the Operating Room at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, scheduled Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
• Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care
• Coordinate with surgical teams and anesthesia staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system
• Potential floating to OR locations at sister campuses as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in Florida or compact nursing license verified through Nursys at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Nursing degree accreditation on file or 5 years of experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: August 3, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,139.19
• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour days
