Job Details:

• Varied work schedule assignment
• Float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as primary campus
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Conduct patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including discharge planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members including licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plan of care as needed
• Document assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and in a timely manner in patient records
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and support education, role development, and orientation of staff, patients, and families
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
