Respiratory Therapist Job in Fredricksburg, VA

Join Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist on our NICU team. This 91-day travel assignment offers you the opportunity to provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal patients in a 140-bed facility with a dedicated respiratory unit.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), including every other weekend
• Weekly Pay: $1,989
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Duration: 91 days

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services to NICU patient populations
• Manage CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP delivery
• Perform ventilation management using Hamilton C1 ventilators
• Operate equipment including Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators
• Document patient care in the Meditech documentation system

Requirements

• Current RRT certification
• Minimum 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience
• NICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP certification preferred (can be obtained after hire)
• All black scrubs required
