Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 36-hour per week schedule
• Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
• No on-call requirements
• Work across multiple specialty units including ICU, Med Surg, ER, and NICU
• Patient ratios based on RVU system
• Night shift minimum staffing is 4 to 4.5 staff members
• Operate and manage equipment including PB ventilators, Drager V500, Aerogen nebulizers, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C-transport, Oscillator, Jet, NITRIC, and Bubble CPAP
• Chart proficiently using EPIC EMR system
• Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies
• Manage BiPAPs, ventilators, and Heated High Flow units
• Work proficiently in Level 3 NICU environment
• Handle high acuity patients and heavy workloads independently
• Required credentials: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP
• Must have NICU Level 3 skills and acute care experience in Med Surg, ER, and ICU
• Scrub color requirement: Pewter Gray
