Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 48-hour contract position
• Assigned to Unit 610 Diabetic Endocrine, located on 6 South
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Unit consists of 23 beds with 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift
• Perform general med surg practices and procedures
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho as needed
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule period
• No on-call responsibilities
• Required certification: BLS
• Strong time management skills required
• Royal blue scrubs required
