Opportunity:

RN - Orthopedics

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Orthopedic/Neurology unit with 36 beds
• Patient ratio of 5:1 for RNs with 8-12 patients per tech
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 techs, and 1 secretary
• Work with equipment including immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment devices
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including total joints (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery
• Minimum 1 year of current Orthopedic RN or Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting required
• Ortho/Spine experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS
