Job Details:

• Initiate and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments while managing a patient load that reflects productivity standards
• Accurately evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans with functional goals
• Revise and progress treatment programs as patient goals are met
• Provide patient and family instruction, including home program documentation following established care path guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, completing documentation same day
• Accurately document patient charges reflecting time spent, procedures performed, and equipment used
• Delegate appropriate patients to RPTA or other support personnel as needed
• Assist with scheduling and prioritizing daily work assignments
• Support and assist with orientation and training of new physical therapy employees
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings
• Maintain technical expertise through continuing education activities and departmental in-services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff in both internal and external customer interactions
• 0-6 months of related experience required
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
