Med Surg RN Job in Fishersville, VA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg specialty at Augusta Health's Joint Center in Fishersville, VA. This is an overflow position offering hands-on patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment.

Assignment Details:

• Shift: 3x12 nights per week
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 19, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,133

What to Expect:

You'll be supporting the Med Surg unit during evening and night hours, managing patient care, assessments, and treatments according to Augusta Health's protocols. As an overflow position, you may cover census fluctuations and help ensure continuity of care across the unit.

Important Terms:

• Holiday expectations: If one holiday falls within your assignment, plan to work it. If two holidays occur, expect to work one. If three holidays fall during your tenure, expect to work two.
• Requested time off must be included in your initial submission documents and confirmed in your assignment paperwork before your start date.
• Fit testing is required prior to your onsite arrival.

You must hold an active RN license valid in Virginia. Before your first shift, coordinate fit testing through Augusta Health's occupational health department.
