ICU RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

You will provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, located at 1800 E Florence Blvd in Casa Grande, Arizona. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 89-day duration, starting November 9, 2026.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plan of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop realistic and measurable patient goals
• Delegate and supervise activities of other licensed nurses and healthcare personnel
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plan of care as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide care based on best available evidence and participate in shared leadership activities

Requirements:

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, with experience in ICU within the past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred

Please note: This position has a varied weekend and holiday schedule with no guaranteed hours. Weekly pay is $2,446.20.
