NICU RN Job in Palm Springs, CA

Desert Regional Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, earning $2,108 weekly.

Your Role

As an RN in the NICU, you will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift. You will supervise delegated staff members and collaborate with facility nursing leadership to maintain safe, high-quality nursing care. Your responsibilities include ensuring clinical staff competency, managing appropriate resources related to patient care, and maintaining unit-level accountability and oversight.
