Job Details:
• Speech-Language Pathologist position with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a post-acute care setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
