OR RN Job in Nashville, TN

Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking an RN to work as a circulator in their operating room. This is a full-time travel position running 91 days, starting November 30, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 4x10 days per week: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 1–2 late shifts per week
• Rotating call on weekends
• Weekly pay: $2,248.40

About the Role

You will work as an RN circulator in a surgical unit with 5 operating rooms and 1 cysto room, typically running 4–5 ORs per day. Each room is staffed with a daily board runner, one circulator, one scrub, and one first assist. Total joint procedures may require additional scrub or first assist staffing. Floating is not typical; in low-volume situations, you may have opportunities to work in other departments within surgical services and within scope.

Procedures and Experience

The surgical services perform general, bariatric, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, orthopedic, spine, ENT, podiatry, and robotic surgeries. Experience with orthopedic and spine procedures is preferred as primary service lines.
