PCU Float RN Job in Fort Myers, FL

Health Park Medical Center is seeking an RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) float position in Fort Myers, FL. This is a travel role offering flexibility and the opportunity to support multiple sister campuses as needed.

Position Details:

• Specialty: PCU Float with ED Hold coverage
• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Duration: 92 days
• Start date: February 5, 2027
• Weekly pay: $2,139.19

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations
• Maintain patient ratios of 4 to 6:1 depending on acuity and patient mix
• Float to sister campuses as scheduled; travelers are prioritized for floating assignments
• Function as core staff and demonstrate flexibility in unit assignments
• Use Epic EMR system

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Florida or Compact nursing license required)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Degree accreditation on file or minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Ability to work as part of a core staffing model
